ORDERING

What size should I order in the unisex styles?

Unisex fit items follow standard mens sizing. Men should pick their regular size. Women can size down for a more fitted look or stick to their regular size for more of relaxed/boyfriend fit.

A size chart is shown on all the product listings for additional guidance.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is available for plus size?

The majority of our designs are available on unisex styles which currently go up to size 3XL. Unisex fit items follow standard mens sizing. Men should pick their regular size. Women can size down for a more fitted look or stick to their regular size for more of relaxed/boyfriend fit.

As we grow we are slowly extending our size range so please be patient with us if the size you are looking for is currently unavailable.

We welcome your feedback so please don't hesitate to email us if there is something you would love to see in a certain size or fit.

If something is sold out how can i find out when it will be restocked?

If the item you are looking for is sold out please tap the 'Notify Me When Available' button and add your details. The moment the item is restocked you will be sent an email.

How will i know my order was received?

An email will be sent automatically confirming your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us at info@utrnut.com.au for assistance.

When will my order be shipped?

Every effort imaginable is made to dispatch orders within 24 hours but please be aware it may take a little longer if we experience high order volumes.

Can we pick up or shop instore?

Unfortunately we are not set up to offer these options.

Is everything in stock and available for immediate dispatch?

Unless sold out all of our products are in stock and ready to be sent out immediately.

Occasionally we might offer a product for pre-order. This will be clearly shown on the product photos, product title and product description. Please note if you order in-stock items with pre-order items the whole order will be held back until the pre-order items arrive. Please place two orders if you would like in-stock items shipped out immediately.

how much is postage?

$12.95 Flat Rate Shipping or FREE for orders over $150 - Australia Wide.

**Parcels will require signature on delivery. If you do not want this service please leave clear instructions in the notes section at the checkout. Please be aware that if NO signature on delivery is requested and the parcel is lost or stolen we are NOT responsible to recover the loss.

Where are you located?

We are located on a property near the small town of Bunyip in Victoria.

My order has not arrived, what should i do?

Please lookup the tracking number sent in the dispatch email on the Australia Post website. For assistance please email us at info@utrnut.com.au

RETURNS

Refunds

UTRNUT will gladly issue a refund for unused items in the original packaging with tags attached if they are sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please email info@utrnut.com.au first to discuss any items you wish to return.

Exchanges

If you wish to return your item/s for an exchange please email info@utrnut.com.au

This will allow us to check availability and put the item aside for you. Once we receive the returned items we will post the replacement/s as soon as possible.

Sale items

No refunds or exchanges for sale items. Please choose carefully.
